I invite you to immerse yourself with me in the practice of sadhana - a disciplined spiritual practice that will bring profound blessings and transformation to your life.

Every Monday morning I look forward to seeing you at our joint sadhana sessions. This is the time when we immerse ourselves in meditation, mantras, yoga and other spiritual practices together. Together we will create an environment of inner peace, awakening and harmony.

What does our sadhana include:

‍🧘‍ 5 am Reading Jap Ji: A practice of mindfulness and inner absorption that brings peace and clarity of mind. Reading Jap Ji helps to develop humility and concentration, as well as strengthen one's faith and inner peace.

🧘‍♀️5.30 am Kriya. Kriyas are specific spiritual or meditative practices aimed at purifying, awakening and developing human consciousness. Kriya is a system of techniques that affect the subtle energy structure of the human body, ensuring harmonization of body, mind and spirit. Our morning practices will include breathing exercises (pranayama), physical poses (asanas), meditation and other techniques aimed at cleansing and activating energy centers (chakras) and channels (nadis) in the body.

📿6.45 am Mantras: Using sacred sounds to cleanse the mind and strengthen the connection with higher consciousness. We will practice mantras that awaken intuition.

🙏 Gratitude Practice: Immersion in a state of gratitude and appreciation that brings joy and renewal.
